| Commercial Contractors need to think of skylight experts for overhead storefront-type glazing systems | We were recently asked to bid a government project after a contractor could not get typical storefront glazing contractors to bid on his project. At first this particular contractor did not think to look for a skylight contractor to bid the project as he was thinking only of "glaziers". And, as is expected the storefront glaziers did not have the experience required to be able to attempt a monumental skylight repair. Their lack of knowledge was evident in how to go about tackling such a massive repair. Fortunately a friend suggested the term "Skylight Contractor" and our contractor went to the internet of course. | | |
