The City of Aurora is offering rebates for qualifying new HVAC and solar installations. Aurora homeowners could be missing out on the opportunity to decrease their project costs!
You are cordially invited to an Energy Rebates Informational Workshop on Aurora’s energy incentives on the morning of Wednesday, June 30th.
The workshop will be held in the Aurora Room at the Aurora Municipal Center, located at 15151 E. Alameda Pkwy, Aurora CO 80012, from 7:30-8:30 am. A continental breakfast will be provided.
The following incentives are available through April 2011:
- Residential Energy Efficiency and Conservation Rebate: Provides an additional rebate layered on existing Xcel Energy rebates up to $1,000
- Commercial Energy Efficiency and Conservation Rebate: Provides an additional rebate layered on existing Xcel Energy rebates up to $1,500
- Solar Permit Offset and Xcel Energy Audit Rebate: Pays for a blower door audit and solar installation permit fees for residential/commercial customers
- Solar Hot Water Heat Rebate: Provides commercial and residential property owners with a rebate for the purchase of a solar hot water heating system
- Debt Finance Fund: Provides small, low-interest loans for residents and business owners who wish to install solar systems on their buildings
