Contractor renovates a church after successfully renovating schools

Over the past year Skylight Specialists has completed the installation of 24 Velux Skylights on a Church renovation northwest of downtown Denver. Instead of a church, the site will now consist of 4 condominium style units. The project manager was intent on adding new daylight features as the project advanced and the finished product shows off great advantages skylights offer. In all, we installed six operable VS 106, twelve fixed (FS) 106, four fixed (FS) 104 and two curb mount (FCM) 2222.

In addition to skylights, we also installed 3 Velux Sun Tunnels for the middle condos. Light from Sun Tunnels became necessary for main floor, interior rooms, which are partitioned off without possibility for windows and, therefore, natural light.
